We understand that the availablity of your web site is of paramount importance to you and your business. We take this very seriously.

Our Service Level Agreement is between you, our customer, and Kapp Koncepts, Inc.

Uptime
We guarantee that your web site and email will be available 100% of the time in a given month, excluding schedule maintenance. Downtime is defined as the inability to transmit data to/from a web server.

Upon experienceing downtime, we will credit you, the customer, 5% of the monthly fee for each 30 minutes of downtime (up to 100% of the customer's monthly services fee).
